SO, for staging in Philadelphia, the dress was business-casual, so I opted for this set. (Please excuse my TSA travel bag.) I hate being normal, so I went with a pink shirt, and grey slacks with brown loafers and matching belt.
For day two of staging, I went with black cargo pants, and a simple blue and white, window-pained shirt. I simply used my shoes and belt from day one to make life easy. I also traveled in this outfit. It was extremely comfortable for the +/- 15 hours of total flight from NYC to Paris to Africa.
For the first day in Burkina, I wore khaki cargo pants with a white shirt, and my desert combat boots--which are EXTREMELY comfortable. I think I have an idea of what I want to wear for my adoption ceremony where I'll meet my host family for the first time. I'll post it later.
That's it for me now. I'll post more later.
Take care!
